Managed Service solutions specifically designed for Servers, Desktops and Network Infrastructure which include: remote monitoring, alert analysis, notification, automatic escalation, onsite & remote remediation of critical issues, anti-virus and anti-spyware, security & service patching, documentation, hardware issue resolution, and helpdesk.

Managed Services for Backup and Disaster Recovery

WAMS takes responsibility for backup of data and disaster recovery. Managed Service solutions includes: disk-to-disk backup to an onsite NAS server that has a web interface for quickly restoring files, directories and mailboxes; backups are monitored and checked daily by a 24-hour NOC (Network Operations Center); onsite NAS (Network Attached Storage) server is automatically replicated to two offsite locations; onsite NAS has virtualization capability to become a virtual replica of any server; bare metal restores to dissimilar hardware when recovering servers; duplicate NAS server can be created and shipped from offsite in event of major disaster.
